Title: Do Not Use Double-Quotes in Sharename Remark

When creating a sharename in the NET ADMIN menu, if you use double-quote
characters ["] in the sharename's "remark" field, you will get a NET2373
error when the server is next brought up:

The system was unable to parse the command line in this file.

The problem occurs because double-quote characters are used
to surround the entire remark field when the sharename definition
is saved into a command line in the server's SRVSHARE.PRO file.
As a result, double-quotes surrounding interior portions of the
remark are not acceptable. Use single-quote characters instead.
