Title: Set 3S/500 Server's TIMESYNC Minutes Parameter to 10, Not 15

To get 3S/500 servers to synchronize properly with the TIMESYNC
patch in the Ask3Com forum, set the Minutes parameter to 10. For
example: TIMESYNC /m=10

For 3S/500-series servers, the default Minutes setting is 15; however,
3Com has discovered that when Minutes is set to 15 the synchronization does
not work well. Ten minutes seems to work better; the server may lose up
to 20 seconds every ten minutes, but the TIMESYNC puts it back on track
effectively. If you set /m=5, it keeps even a closer synchronization to
actual time, correcting itself every five minutes. However, each time
TIMESYNC wakes up, it uses up one process and this may affect your server's
performance, depending on the system load.
