Are there any general problems with partitioning an 80 MB Seagate
4096 with a larger partition?

You need some kind of custom partitioning software. SpeedStor by
Storage Dimensions in Los Gatos, Ca. is one. The C: drive needs
to be a standard DOS partition for booting and copy protection.
For CIOSYS to work sector size needs to be a power of 2, i.e.,
2048, 4096 or 8192.

Golden Bow's Vfeature DELUXE does work on our file servers, but
Vfeature (the old stuff) does not. It must be Vfeature Deluxe. It
supports large partitions up to a Gig-a-byte or spanning of 2
physical drives to make one large partition. This was tested by a
VAR. I do not know if all features of Vfeature DELUXE work.
