Following are cabling schemes to connect a PC to a Comm Server which is
connected by Ethernet to another Comm Server, and to connect an HP Laserjet
to the second Comm Server.

To connect a PC with a standard 9-pin connector to a Comm Server with a
25-pin connector, use this cabling scheme:

   DTE (PC) DCE (Comm Server #1)
    TX  pin 3      ----->         TXD pin 2
    RX  pin 2      <-----         RXD pin 3
    RTS pin 7      ----->         RTS pin 4
    CTS pin 8      <-----         CTS pin 5
    DSR pin 6      <-----         DSR pin 6
    CD  pin 1      <-----         DCD pin 8
    DTR pin 4      ----->         DTR pin 20
    SIG GRD 5      ------         SIG GRD 7

To connect an HP Laserjet to the other Comm Server, use this cabling
scheme:

   DCE (Comm Server #2) DTE (HP Laserjet)
    TXD pin 2       <-----        TXD pin 2
    RXD pin 3       ----->        RXD pin 3
    RTS pin 4       <-----        RTS pin 4
    CTS pin 5       ----->        CTS pin 5
    DCD pin 8 -----> DSR pin 6, DCD pin 8
    DTR pin 20      <-----        DTR pin 20
    SIG GRD 7       ------        SIG GRD 7

Use the following port parameters for the Comm Servers:

   Comm Server #1 (with the HOST port for the PC):
     DeVice = (Host, Glass, DeFault)
     FlowControlTo = NONE
     XmitBinary = ON

   Comm Server #2 (with the printer port):
     DeVice = (Host, Paper, DeFault)
     FlowControlFrom = NONE
     XmitBinary = ON
