Problem: A 3+Open server will not boot because both the NET.ACC and the
NETACC.BKP files were corrupted.

To solve this problem, follow these steps:

1. On the 3Server, establish a console connection and copy the MAKEACC.EXE
file from c:\3open\server\lanman\netprog subdirectory to a blank floppy disk
in the A drive.

2. Break out of the console connection. Then, from the OS/2 workstation,
copy MAKEACC.EXE from the floppy disk to the workstation's
C:\3OPEN\OS2WKSTA\LANMAN\NETPROG directory.

3. On the floppy disk, make a LANMAN directory and an ACCOUNTS subdirectory
by typing:

a: md lanman
a: md lanman\accounts

4. On the workstation, change directory to C:\3open\os2wksta\lanman\netprog
and execute MAKEACC 50 A:\LANMAN. (Usage: Makeacc new_number_of_users
Lanman_path)

The program will then ask for:

ADMIN Password: (This will be the new server password.)
Confirm Password:
  Guest Password: (If so desired.)
Confirm Password:

A new NET.ACC will be created and contained in the A:\LANMAN\ACCOUNTS
subdirectory.

5. Confirm that your new NET.ACC has been created.

6. Reestablish a console connection and copy A:\LANMAN\ACCOUNTS\NET.ACC to
the 3Server's C:\3OPEN\SERVER\lanman\accounts subdir.

7. Reboot the 3Server.
