There were 21 bowling lanes seen in Snake's escape scene.

  [Animation/Continuity goofs]
Homer forgets Otto's name despite having lived with him for while. (See
   8F21)

Nelson usually sits in the back of the classroom. (See other episodes.)

Ralph shouldn't be in Bart's class.

Chalmers didn't have a pen in his pocket until he needed it.

Chalmers falls before the mob of kids reaches him. Also, he falls
backwards, yet he's on his stomach when the kids trample over him.

The same rows of kids swarm pass Skinner.

A fire place "magically" appears in view from Burns' office door.

Homer and his bowling mates' bowling bags all appear in the same color in
   one scene.

The beer bottle caps only appear when Homer and his team mates needed
   them.

Skinner silently motions for the uniforms to be brought into the
auditorium, yet Willy shouldn't have been able to see this hand signal
because the auditorium doors don't have windows.

Skinner's record player cuts-off at the very moment the forklifts burst
   through the auditorium doors.

Bart already says "sucks" in past episodes. (See 7F09, 7F21.)

One of Patty and Selma's team mates seems to have disappeared after their
match with The Pin Pals. Also, Patty's beer bottle magically appears out
   of thin air.

Eddie and Lou's pockets appear on the wrong side of their chests after
   Snake escapes.

The Home-Wreckers don't have name tags when we first see them.

Burns and Smithers didn't have the team uniforms until they needed to
present them to Homer, Apu and Moe.

     Slow-mo fun worth seeing:
      - "Homer" falling down the waterfall
      - Maggie's "laugh-In" bit.

  [Animation/Continuity goofs]
New Bedlam Asylum was called " New Bedlam Rest Home for the Emotionally
   Interesting" in 7F24.

Smithers doesn't have his clipboard in a couple scenes.

The trees and hammock disappears from the back yard when Marge yells at
   the power cable guy.

Homer usually wears his t-shirt hanging out, so the pelican's fish
shouldn't have been able to get stick in Homer's pants.

Marge is standing beside the kitchen sink, yet vanishes during Bart's
   chat with Homer's mom.

Bart pulls the adding machine out of thin air.

Lisa and Mona's beverages vanish just before Mona runs into the house.

Bart pulls a telephone out of thin air.

There are two sets of light switches on both sides of young Homer's
   bedroom door.

Burns suppose to have been bald by his collage senior year. (See 7F02.)

Mona's wanted poster appears to be older than the other wanted posters,
yet it covers some of the new ones. Also, Mona only has three eyelashes.

Mona's guitar vanishes just shortly after Grampa enters the front room.

Bart's old t-shirt seems to have disappeared.

The gas station and phone booth disappear after Mona drives off.

Homer's clothes-hanger antenna disappears from his car.

  [Personal Comments & Observations]
The Springfield Shopper is still Free.

Matt Groening named Maggie after his sister Margaret, but everyone called
   her Maggie.

Bart is right-handed in this episode. Mother Simpson is right-handed in
   this episode.

   I loved Maggie's "laugh-In" bit.

  [Animation/Continuity goofs]
   Jasper's beard isn't coloured-in in one scene.

Some of the pipe clearer vanish after Rev. Lovejoy handed them to Bart
   and Milhouse.

We hear Rev. Lovejoy slams the door behind him, but when we see him the
   door is still open.

Rev. Lovejoy's tie changes color in one scene.

Moe use to "serve food" in the earlier episodes. (See 7G01 and 7G08.)

The Simpsons "shouldn't" have a drain in front of their driveway.
   (See other episodes.)

The driveway doesn't appear wet after Bart sprayed it. Also Bart's
garden hose is missing in some scenes.

Bart and Lisa were standing in the middle of the driveway, but they move
to one side of the driveway in one scene.

Itchy's shoes vanishes before he saws off the tip of the Seattle Needle
   tower.

The fence to Milhouse's yard grows a gate.

Milhouse was a closer to his house than depicted when Bart runs out of
   the yard.

Bart has his hands clinching his bed sheets, but some scenes show his
   arms under the covers.

How did Moe know Todd was ordering million dollar birthday fries?

The menus disappear from Moe's hand. Also, Ralph's water cannon
   disappears too.

Ralph already knows Bart. (See episodes 8F13,8F24,9F13,1F05,1F22,2F04
   2F05,2F07.)

  [Personal Comments & Observations]
Bart is left-handed in this episode.
