All transputer-code using pc-resources requires activites from the pc and 
therefore a running afserver. The library call to the to86/from86 routine
will send a message via the link to the pc-link-interface. Software on the
pc have to read this message, decode it, and perform some action.
Maybe there is an a equivalent tsr-program available, but I never heared 
about something like this. But in this case you'll need a Link-Interface 
which supports interrupts to activate the tsr-routine (e.g B008 compatible).
