                           Rules and Regulations

 APPLYING:
To apply to the network, you must already have a front end mailer up
24 hours a day, as well as the mail tosser/scanner. You must be
willing to make calls to you feed once every week, at least. If your
feed is a toll or long distance call, you will still need to make the
proper arrangements until a new HUB can be defined that may be closer
to your area. If you are the first system in your area code, chances
are that you will become the HUB/Host for your area. You must make
your calls directly to the net WHQ.

 BASES:
There is a minimum that a system must carry, These include any 'sysop
only' bases, and bases which I would consider important to the users.
HUBS However, must carry ALL the bases withing the net. If the HUBS
would not like to have the base on their boards, they have to allow
'passthrough' areas. If the HUBS refuse to send you a certain base,
inform me, and I shall take care of it.

 ACCESS:
Access to the net should be given to those who have what the sysop

of a the system would think of as a 'Good User.' This person should
be a good user all around. A good poster is the most important, but
you should allow a well rounded user on. Someone new to BBSing,
unless superly great, should NOT be allowed to access the network.
That degrades the net, and the quality of the messages.

 NODELISTS:
You, as a sysop, must keep up with the updated nodelists. If you
have the chance to get a HUB in your area with their system set up
with the TIC format file echo areas, you can probably get your
nodelist from the system every time they get the new one through mail.
If they don't have this system, the sysop of your HUB may opt. to send
it to you VIA Netmail File Attach. If none of these pertain to you,
it is your responsibility to get the nodelist yourself, and keep up
       with the new updates.

 SYSTEM DOWN/CRASH:
If you system is down for a prolonged period of time, please get in
contact with your HUB to relay the message to myself, or you can call
the net WHQ, and leave me mail. If you don't do so, chances are you
will get deleted from the net.

 FIGHTING/WARRING/FLAMING:
Fighting/Warring/Flaming or whatever else you would like to call it,
is strictly forbidden! If a user is fighting with another user on
the net, both parties will be taken out of the net, even if it is a
co-sysop of the system. If a sysop is found to be fighting, they will
receive a warning, and for a second time that they do such a thing,
they shall be removed from the nodelist.

 ONE-LINERS:
One-Line posts (NOT INCLUDING QUOTED TEXT) should not be posted. On
occasion, a one line post may be appropriate, but if they are too
frequent, the user who does the one-line posting shall be removed
       from the net.

 SIGNATURES:
Signatures, or macros are used quite frequently. There are many
different types of color codes used by different software. Since
these color codes may not come out on the other systems, I am going
to make a '3 Line' total Macro rule. If you macro or signiture is
longer then this, you will be asked to change it. If you do not do
so, then you will be locked out of the net.

 ANSI SCREENS:
If you decide to upload an ANSI into the ANSI base, make sure it is
saved in standard FIDO Format. (i.e. Save Length Is 76 [MAX]). If
this is not done, the message will not be correctly displayed on
       other systems.
