 Hi, So i have a similar issue as this user, however, because the CS6 is no 
 longer available for online purchase i don't know how to go about getting my 
 product back? I have the serial number for it, but do I need to sign up for 
 the creative cloud trial 
 in order to re-download the collection or...?
