 The parties I used to go to were at Tyssen St, the Fridge, Brixton 
 Academy, the Rocket and Heaven when Megatripolis was there. And there 
 was some huge place just south of the river (Trancemission? 
 Aquasomething?) that had enough space, but didn't really get going 
 during the few times I went there. The Rex in Stratford had potential. 
  
 But of course nothing quite compares to a summer party in the 
 fields/woods/quarry/mountains.
