XPost: alt.music.house, alt.music.makers.dj, alt.music.makers.dj.bedroom XPost: alt.music.progressive-house, alt.music.techno, alt.music.trance From: wa@wa.com I used to do a lot of mixing on decks a few years ago until my financial situation meant that I could no longer afford the continual purchasing of records. So I gave it up. However, I quite fancy getting back into it, but I thought of using PC based mixing software to save money. What is the best software for mixing records together (esp. techno)? Is MixMeister Pro 5.0.2 any good? What sort of spec should my PC be in order to do this? Also, what are the best resources for downloading tunes nowadays? Preferrably full 5-6 minute versions of current techno and house tracks? TIA. --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05 * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2) |
