Most promo's here are cd based now - very little vinyl save for the odd bootleg. Even the hardened DJ's are becoming 'multi-skilled' if you like. Ironically it's the one format that is not 'cloned' or 'copied' and offers physical safety (sure you can record it to mp3 as we do but you can't make another 12'' of a 12'' easily). It's ace to work with (I spent years with it) but it's cost will kill it soon.
