 I came across this little piece, but have not been able to figure out who 
 it is. It is supposedly from 1999 or 2000 - could just be the release 
 though. It is is also supposed to be british, but the singing isn't (and as 
 I dont know dutch - which I think it is - I couldnt google the lyrics).
