 I am managing a very talented musician/songwriter and am now looking to put 
 a backing band together. We are looking for a bassist, versatile gutarist 
 and/or keyboard player and a drummer. We would also like to hear from 
 talented female backing singers. My artist wishes to retain overall artistic
