 Not a Philips badged Mustek as in the camera maker.  Quite honestly it was 
 on a good offer and I always said when the price dropped below 200.00 I'd 
 get one. 
  
 Find it basic and fairly simple to use and quality is excellent so far. 
 Slowly building up a collection of Dr Who recording straight from Sky and 
 replacing the collection of videos .
