 In ROSE, while in her flat the Doctor sees his reflection and comments on 
 how he looks! This suggests that his appearance was not that old ... with 
 the TIME WARS most probably being the cause of the regeneration anyway. 
  
 But the chap with the BLUE BOX website had a collection of "pictures" of the 
 Doctor in various places in time ... looking like CE! 
  
 Any suggestions as to how he appeared to have done so much in so little
