It's the best I've heard to date. Pass the resurrection machine around,
and make sure the last person to have it doesn't need it.
But then, "Put everything right at the cost of a regeneration" is way
too easy.
(Will any Dr Who game players go for it?)
And if it was that easy, it would have been done before:
Dr Who has hardly been a leader in the field of law-observance.
