 I'd like to see a strong female enemy. 
  
 A really cool bad guy, in the same vein as The Master. 
  
 The Rani, written properly, could be an excellent bad guy. 
  
 As long as its not camped up or just ridiculous. 
  
 And they said the Daleks were all destroyed, but they weren't, so there's 
 bound to be more Timelords out there, somewhere.
