Connolly is hardly an 'amateur agitator', although she will probably
rise to become someone with 'influence', if only in the short term.

It is far more likely comments from politicians and police etc labeling
ordinary people 'far right' caused problems. Most of the problems
happened in areas which wouldn't have voted remotely right of centre in
decades*. You will note the report is clear, those 'protesting' were
locals.
