 No, they can't. A quick glance at practically any local or general itnerest 
 Facebook group will demonstrate that most people have no clue how to use a 
 search engine, either. And detailed technical instructions are one of the 
 things that AI isn't particularly good at, even if those reading them are 
 capable of following them.
