 Isn't the reference to punching any trans person who refuses to leave a 
 female toilet, a way the speaker emphasises the trans person's 
 underlying masculinity ... rather than being an exhortation to take 
 action? 
  
 Perhaps it's worth making a comparison with Labour councillor Ricky 
 Jones' words to a sympathetic mob when he said: "We need to cut all 
 their throats". This wasn't taken as incitement by the court.
