Graham Linehan is an Irish citizen visiting America at the time he
tweeted. No wonder the American media and politicians are taking a keen
interest in this case and the implications for Americans of our Online
 Safety Act.

The 18-year-old boy involved calls himself Sophia Brooks in addition to
names he uses on 15 other Twitter accounts. This has been a long running
 spat between the two.
