| Subj: Onus on prisoners ? |
uk: header. Received: From: jethro_uk@hotmailbin.com I see the clown show continues with (at least) inmates being released by mistake in the past week. Mildy curious as to whether a prisoner releaed by mistake, who *knows* itr is a mstake (I mean if you are in for 5 years and are told after a week "Get your coat, you're out") do they commit any offence. Is there an offence of "freedom by finding" ? Presumably if it's no one elses fault (which is how the inquiry will rule) then it must be the prisoners. --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05 * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2) |
