 Andrew and Fergie probably had in mind gratitude for favours previously 
 rendered, maybe hope that the good times might continue one day. I think 
 they would have done well to have taken advice from public relations 
 consultants. This wasn't just yet another billionnaire chum being fined 
 for tax evasion.
