 I have no idea about "most" but certainly "some" - I have from time to time 
 seen 
 reports where they cheerfully admit to having ben denied asylum in, say, 
 Germany, so having another go (where it wil be harder to chucked out). 
  
 As it has been suggested that other countries have even better benefits 
 than we 
 do, it would make sense to ty them first I suppose. But not many tell the 
 newspapers.
