 There is a vast documentation on racism against black people, and other 
 ethnic 
 minorities. You have simply not chosen to quote any. So far as other 
 nationalities and religions - perhaps they have seen no need to document 
 discrimination against them because it has not affected them greatly? Though 
 the incels and the fascists (overlapping sets) have tried to document 
 discrimination against men and white people - you could find some of that if
