I have not chosen "not to quote anything", if I had found it I would have quoted it. My original point was simple, there was a news article saying that government was planning to put together legislation in respect of Islamaphobia and I asked why not have general legislation against all forms of race/religious hate instead of coming up with legislation after the event each time.
