 It helps only to the extent of being a figure for the success rate of 
 prosecutions approved by the CPS.  It is not a figure for convictions 
 following arrest, which is what we were discussing and what is relevant 
 in connection with the recent protest.  Many arrests do not meet the CPS 
 criteria for prosecution and are dropped, so the overall figure for 
 convictions following arrest is considerably lower.
