 Yes, I have suggested that all religions should be treated the same in 
 generic legislation rather than playing catch up after the event or 
 treating any specific religion differently.

 There are several definitions of "religion" on Google, the legislation 
 would refer to "religion" as defined, it seems to me that a fairly normal 
 way of doing things.
