 Similar territorial disputes have been the stuff of history. Unless you're 
 suggesting that the UK and subsequently the USA were behaving like Nazis 
 in their treatment of the Native Americans. 
  
 In many places the British Empire was founded on the principle of 
 settlers taking all the best land. And not by a process of negotiation.
