 SWMBO (for example) cannot. Not even drag herself on the floor now. It's 
 not like accessible parking grows on trees. Already accessible toilets 
 have been cop-opted into the trans debate meaning the time they are free 
 for use has reduced. 
  
 And don't get me started on buggies that have stolen the spaces 
 *specifically won* by campaigners for disability rights.
