      The simpleton believes billions of pounds have been spent. He 
 will offer nothing in the way of evidence. As he's done before, he 
 will admit there is no evidence. 
      While an absence of evidence does not instantly equal evidence of 
 absence, it's far more plausible that no organization can read 
 thoughts or push thoughts into someone's mind. 
      It is far more plausible that MI5 is not spending million, or 
 billions, on harassing you. You're just a man with no secrets to 
 share. No blackmail material to expose. Nothing of note to an 
 organization like MI5.
