 Depends entirely on how you define socialism. 
  
 If you use the traditional western european 
 definition and make a distinction between 
 socialism and communism and take socialism 
 to mean having stuff done by govt instead 
 of private enterprise, that€s not true, that 
 isnt  internationalist at all.

 Not when it has the govt do lots of stuff instead 
 of leaving that to private enterprise and has stuff 
 like free holidays for workers etc. That€s real 
 socialism, albeit with nationalism as well.
