"Free health care"? You'd have to come back to the UK for that (and
there's nothing wrong with that as far as I'm concerned).
Some countries - relatively few - provide a service similar to the NHS
to UK citizens, but only because the UK does the same for their
citizens. The UK doesn't pay for it.
