 That's the Norman Wells troll argument which he's repeated ad nauseam. 
  
 It involves saving face and not being seen to capitulate to Trump's 
 capricious whims, as well as our international standing.  It sets the 
 scene for future relations with the U.S. and the potentially unreasonable 
 demands Trump may make.
