 this criminal administration 
 changes the subject "lickety-quick" 
 from no water in 5 days, 
 to "inadequate preparation" 
 and a whole lot of other dodges? 
  
 But what about NO WATER for infants, children for 5 days? 
 How long can we live 
 without WATER, he says. 
  That we probably had hundreds who died from THIRST 
  in the middle of America, 
  but we can feed everybody else in the world in hours, 
 of lickety-quick, 
 but NO WATER for Americans 
 only 15 miles away? 
  
 We got 9/11ed again.  AND THIS WAS PLANNED. 
 The pulses started pulsing 
 from a satellite far away.

 All that mayor had to show for it was EMPTY PROMISES.
