 Hi my name is Mad Dog we have something in common I am also a practicing 
 Catholic.  I am a former professional soldier and I am from the UK but am of 
 Italian decent, I have to get out of Europe pretty quick due to a failed 
 mercenary coup in Africa and I am liable to be extradited to Africa, so I 
 choose to leave and need a bolt hole.  I have a small boat and crew and aim 
 to sail across and hopefully make port in NYC my men favour Long Island.  I 
 have relatives in NYC but am unable to contact them but I must ask will it 
 be possible to sail my boat up the East River and is there anywhere quiet I 
 can dock, will it be possible to moor anywhere near the Bronx, what about 
 City Island it would be better than Long Island yes.  I take it you know NYC 
 well can you let me know if I can navigate into that area.
