The incident reminds me of the gentleman who was driving behind me as
I approached an "after stop right turn permitted on red" sign.
I made a full stop which was greeted by a demonstration of
his skill with his car horn. After I made the turn, he very
slowly made the same turn. I guess he finally noticed
the police officer in his ticket master van across the street.
