Ah yes, back to transit! That was called "Mobile Minuteman" and was
still-born from birth. The "shuffling" was to be on special railroad
cars, whoch the railroads most certainly didn't want "on the
property". It eventually "went away" when cooler heads (i.e. SAC
blue-suit missleers) showed the blue-sky guys where it wouldn't work
as envisioned.
