 If you believe in genetics, then the answer is no. Matt 1:5 ''Salmon 
 begot Boaz by Rahab, Boaz begot Obed by Ruth.'' That means Salmon was 
 the last Israelite in the genealogy of King David. 
  
  
  
 Obed David's Grand Father was only 1/4 Israelite, PS.60:8  "Moab is my 
 washing pot." In 3 more generations MOAB women washed out both Israelite 
 and Cannanite blood. DAVID Was only 1/16 Israelite!  Not to be 
 considered an Israelite by todays standard. If you believe women's genes 
 don't count, Then, there is still more proof David was a gentile!
