 Crime, drugs, illegitimacy and education are all local issues.  Since most 
 African-Americans are being corralled into minority majority districts; they 
 tend to be represented by Democrats who care more for their party then their 
 people.  Minority dominated innercities are largely run by African-American 
 mayors who are more concerned with lining their pockets and getting their 
 name on things such as the Newark Arena then raising the level of education 
 and safety of their constitutents. 
 Bush has taken steps, he lowered the 15% tax rate to 10%.  He removed 
 several million working poor off the rolls altogether.  He has given hope 
 and inspiration to small businesses that they wont be forgotten so they can 
 then turn around and hire those inner city unemployed. 
 When you are ready to take your head out of the sand and see clearly what is 
 going on; you will see that the Democratic party has left the 
 African-American community back some time ago.  Say thank you for starting 
 the Civil Rights movement (that the Republicans had to carry over the goal 
 line to get passed) and move on.
