 Read Kerry's speech again.  It was anything but kind.  After being skewered 
 for six months and being called a liar and that he planned to go to war at 
 the ranch, before the last election, I don't believe the Democrats have 
 earned any requirement for civility in the General Election Campaign, but 
 that is just my opinion.
