  Australia, Poland, Great Britain, Poland, Czech Republic all 
 have toilets and sinks and their residents would be insulted to see 
 what you wrote. Well, maybe not. I will cross post this to 
 alt.politics.uk and see what the Brits have to say about your 
 description of the UK having third world status. 
  The only major countries not participating are France, Germany 
 and Russia. Coincidently, the three countries owed money by Saddam 
 Hussein because they traded war goods with Iraq during the UN embargo 
 are... all together now, France, Germany and Russia!
