 It would appear that a couple of companies have mislead shareholders about 
 the securities they had purchased. It looks like this is not an uncommon 
 thing when it comes to stocks in the market. Two of the latest companies 
 involved, The Shaw Group and BEA Systems, have had class action lawsuits 
 filed against them for their actions. If you have purchased these stocks,
