| Subj: Securities Mislead Shareholders |
From: kentr0ss@yahoo.com It would appear that a couple of companies have mislead shareholders about the securities they had purchased. It looks like this is not an uncommon thing when it comes to stocks in the market. Two of the latest companies involved, The Shaw Group and BEA Systems, have had class action lawsuits filed against them for their actions. If you have purchased these stocks, you may want to check out http://www.bigclassaction.com/class_action/shaw.html for information on The Shaw Group or http://www.bigclassaction.com/class_action/bea.html for the BEA Systems information. These two sites offer free complaint form fill out and case evaluation. I hope this might be of interest to some and can be of some help for those affected. kr0 --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05 * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2) |
