 Job Description: 
 Our client, a major organization with multiple consumer and B2B product 
 lines, seeks a Manager of Call Center Technology who will have overall 
 responsibility for technology planning, development and implementation of 
 call center & voice technologies within a multi-site call center 
 environment.  This individual will manage a team of 5+ technologists and 
 must be a seasoned pro with visionary leadership and management maturity. 
 Tasks will include overseeing computing and voice technology projects such 
 as: 
  
 . Technical strategic planning 
 . Applications development 
 . Maintenance, enhancement & support 
 . Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - both internal business 
 units and end-clients/customers 
  
 Requirements for this position include: 
 . 10+ years in Call Center applications development, implementation & 
 operations 
 . 5+ years management experience within a Call Center environment 
 . Extensive knowledge in telephony network technology and customer premise 
 technical support 
 . Broad knowledge of call center computing and voice technologies across 
 multiple hardware & software platforms 
 . Experience preparing and delivering project plans, budget forecasts, 
 presentations 
 . Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills 
 . Ability to successfully interact with C-level senior management 
 . Ability to multi-task, work under pressure 
  
 An excellent compensation package, commensurate with experience, will 
 include:  base salary, incentive bonus, stock option/purchase plan, etc.
