 methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process 
 improvement methods, required. 
 In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and automated project 
 planning tools required. 
 Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred. 
 Must have strong Agile methodology experience. 
 Good to have Property & Casualty Insurance domain experience. 
 Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective 
 presentations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
