Our client is a professional serivces firm with offices across North 
 America. 
  
 They currently require a Senior Network Support Analyst with experience in 
 all flavours of MS-Windows, in-depth experience with LAN and WAN 
 technologies 
 and, ideally, 
 some exposure to voice communications as well. 
  
 The local network consists of 110 nodes and requires somebody who can 
 provide 
 proactive 
 support, ie a candidate who can not only provide day to day support but also 
 provide longer 
 term solutions for network stability to the New York office. You will, 
 therefore, have some 
 exposure to network architecture as well.
