Accountabilities Interacts regularly with stakeholders across the globe to help translate business needs into functional requirements. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis. Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Understands data and how it is consumed by the business and downstream users and systems. Liaise with stakeholders in all areas of the business in order to understand and document functional requirements, devise and propose solution options to support decision making. Conducts research on best practices and industry/functional trends as required Work with stakeholders to validate proposals at the initiation stage and establish their fit into the solution architecture and future road-map. Qualification 5+ years of experience in Oracle Hyperion suite of products, translating business requirements in to functional requirements. Strong research and organizational skills, to produce professional written reports and or material for presentations. Excellent demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytical, and problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
