 Description: Specialized professional role that provides expertise in the 
 Oracle Hyperion suite of products (HFM, Planning Essbase and preferably with 
 an understanding DRM and FDM functionality). 
  
 Accountabilities 
 €         Interacts regularly with stakeholders across the globe to help 
 translate business needs into functional requirements. 
 €         Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, 
 requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, 
 use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis. 
 €         Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, 
 reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract 
 up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish 
 user 
 requests from the 
 underlying true needs. 
 €         Understands data and how it is consumed by the business and 
 downstream users and systems. 
 €         Liaise with stakeholders in all areas of the business in order to 
 understand and document functional requirements, devise and propose solution 
 options to support decision making. 
 €         Conducts research on best practices and industry/functional trends 
 as required 
 €         Work with stakeholders to validate proposals at the initiation 
 stage 
 and establish their fit into the solution architecture and future road-map. 
  
  
 Qualification 
 €         5+ years of experience in Oracle Hyperion suite of products, 
 translating business requirements in to functional requirements. 
 €         Strong research and organizational skills, to produce professional 
 written reports and or material for presentations. 
 €         Excellent demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytical, 
 and 
 problem solving skills. 
 €         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
 €         Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning 
 skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate information technology 
 concepts to non-technology personnel.
