MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 
 € Expertise in .Net Framework 4+. 
 € At least 4 years of experience working on enterprise software development 
 projects. 
 € Demonstrated successful experience building enterprise web applications in 
 asp.net. 
 € Expert experience with TSQL and MS SQL Server. 
 € Hands on experience with automated testing (functional and performance) 
 practices and tools. 
 € At least 2 years of experience as a team lead. 
 € Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  
 DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 
 € Experience with Enterprise Java Development. 
 € Experience working on Public Sector projects. 
 € Experience working with an offshore development System Integrator. 
  
 SPECIAL REQUIREMENT 
 Consultant may be required to work around deceased, in the Morgue or in 
 Disaster Morgue settings.  Weekend work to participate in UVIS CMS exercises 
 is probable.
