 Description 
 Candidates should have experience in design, analysis, and programming Java 
 applications based on Strut2 technology. Candidates should have extensive 
 experience, at an expert level, with the following concepts/ technologies: 
 € Java 5/6 
 € Struts 2 
 € Creating and Consuming Web Services 
 € WS-Security, 
 € Spring 
 € XML, ebXML 
 € AJAX 
 € SQL Server 2005/2008 
 € J2EE application development (Java/JSP) 
 € A "hands-on" Developer with a proven track record of progressive 
 experience, 
 teamwork and technical skills 
 € Strong technical vision with effective people skills to allow close work 
 with coworkers and senior management 
 € Ability to manage multiple complex projects for internal and external 
 customers 
 Innovative and creative problem solver, who is results oriented, has an 
 aptitude for learning and can maximize resources while possessing a sense of 
 urgency.
